Abstract: |
A method for preparing high-performance aluminium nitride powder includes the following steps: firstly, pretreating raw material aluminium powder, adding diluent, additive and solid nitridizing agent, ball-grinding the above-mentioned raw material mixture in rolling ball mill, then placing the above-mentioned material in combustion synthesis reaction equipment, introducing nitrogen gas, lighting igniting agent and inducing raw material powder mass to combust under the condition of low vacuum and synthesize aluminium nitride powder mass. Said method is high in production efficiency, can save energy source, simple in its equipment, and the purity of the aluminium nitride prepared by using said invented method is high, and its grain size is fine and uniform. |
