Abstract：
 A electronic method for drawing the wire of elastic alloy features that two electric connecting points are arranged at both ends of a die through which the alloy wire passes, and the electric current and voltage are applied across the said two electric connecting points, thus the wire of elastic alloy can be drawn. Its equipment is composed of a die and two pairs of upper and lower electric brushes. The metal wire to be treated passes through the first pair of electric brushes, the die and the second pair of electric brushes in sequence. Its advantages are high performance and quality of alloy wire, reduced or even no immediate annealing, high productivity and lower energy consumption.
