Abstract: |
The invention suggested combination anti-accident maneuver method of provincial and prefectural two-stage power system, pertains to the power system dispatching automation and simulation technology. First of all provincial power network dispatching centers and prefectural network dispatching centers automatically generate initial power flow parameters according to their own power network real-time data, the provincial dispatching centers send the data to the prefectural dispatching centers; the prefectural dispatching centers correct the prefectural power network flow distribution after receiving the parameters, after the power network disturbance occurred, the provincial dispatching centers and the prefectural dispatching centers respectively send their flow parameters data after being changed to the other party, and correct the respective states. The method has the advantages that: the provincial and the prefectural dispatching centers can reflect mutually the impact of their own power network model changes on the other side, and ensure the fidelity of the combination anti-accident maneuver; only a small number of key information is exchanged between the provincial and the prefectural dispatching centers; and the provincial and the prefectural dispatching centers can independently conduct the combination anti-accident maneuver, which is a kind of decoupling mode and has a in high availability of their own system. |
