Abstract： |
The present invention relates to a triode field emission pixel tube comprising a hollow shell, a fluorescent substance layer, an anode layer, a cathode emission body and a grid body; wherein, the shell is provided with a light exiting part; the fluorescent substance layer and the anode layer form in turn on the inner wall of the light exiting part; the cathode emission body is arranged inside the hollow shell and in a position opposite to the light exiting part; and the grid body is positioned inside the hollow case and near the cathode emission body. The cathode emission body comprises a carbon nanotube wire as an electron emission source. |
