Abstract: |
The invention relates to a field emission pixel tube, which comprises a hollow shell which is provide with a light extraction part, the inner wall of the light extraction part is provided with a phosphor screen and an anode layer. The inside of the hollow screen is vacuum sealed and is provided with a metal tube, the inner wall of the metal tube is provided with a solidified plasma layer which includes the conductive nano material, the metal tube is electrically connected with at least one cathode. The metal tube of the field emission pixel tube has strong shielding function to the electric field, and weakens the electric field on the surface of the carbon nano-tube effectively and ensuring that the carbon nano-tube can work steadily under the voltage of 10 kilo voltages or even higher voltage. |
