Abstract: |
A liquid level control and measurement system and method used in a pneumatic pulsed liquid jet pump. The system comprises a piston cylinder, a high liquid level limit and a low liquid level limit measurement and control tube, a low level and a high level differential pressure sensor, a D/A converter, a data collection system, and a user terminal workstation. When a differential pressure signal between the low liquid level limit measurement and control tube and the piston cylinder generates a V-type step, the low liquid level limit is reached; when the differential pressure signal between the high liquid level limit measurement and control tube and the piston cylinder generates a step signal from zero, the high liquid level limit is reached, and the practical liquid level in the piston cylinder is calculated according to the differential pressure signals between the low liquid level measurement and control tube and the piston cylinder. The liquid level control and measurement system of the invention is not provided with mechanic moving parts and can realize remote control and well satisfies the control requirements of the high liquid level limit and the low liquid level limit in the piston cylinder of the pneumatic pulsed liquid jet pump, thereby sufficiently reducing the repair need in dangerous circumstances, and ensuring the safety of the repair staff and the operation staff. |
