Abstract:
The present invention relates to radiation detection technology. The method of monitoring single pulse dose change in accelerator includes the following steps: passing the beam current pulse of accelerator through penetration ionization chamber and integrating and amplifying the current pulse the penetration ionization chamber outputs in low noise charge sensitive pre-amplifier to obtain voltage pulse; filtering the voltage pulse in the active CR-RC filtering and forming circuit to obtain forming pulse; detecting the peak position of the forming pulse in the peak position detecting circuit and generating sample/holding control signal fed to the peak expanding circuit; expanding the forming pulse in the peak expanding circuit and outputting from the buffer stage circuit; A/D conversion of the output pulse and acquisition in the data acquiring circuit to obtain the single pulse dose change information in accelerator. The present invention has the advantages of no influence of position of the detected object, less fluctuation and accurate monitoring.
