This invention relates to a field emit tube including a shell, an anode layer formed on the internal wall of the shell, a fluorescence layer formed on the surface of the anode, a cathode filament with a carbon nm tube layer on the surface characterizing that the shell includes a closed end and a open-end and a packaging plate matched to the open-end, a cathode lead post is set at said packaging plate, a cathode fixing post is set at the closed end of said shell, an anode lead ring is set near the shell open-end and closely contacted with the anode layer, an anode lead post is set at the package plate and electrically connected with the anode lead ring, the cathode filament is fixed between the cathode fixed post and said cathode lead post. |
