Abstract： |
The invention consists of phase detector, charge pump, loop filter, buffer, low pass filter, and two controllable delay cells. The two output ends of phase detector are connected with the input end of charge pump. The output end of charge pump is connected with first end of loop filter. The second input end of loop filter is connected with third output end of quadrature phase detector. The second output end of loop filter is connected with the input end of buffer,. The output end of buffer is connected with the input end of low pass filter. The first output end of low pass filter is connected with the control input end of controllable delay cell in same phase bypass. The second output end of low pass filter is connected with controllable delay cell in quadrature phase bypass. |
