Abstract: |
It is a light fiber incline angle sensor, which comprises a wide band light source connected with light fiber coupler linkage, two 2¡Á2 light fiber coupler, sensor probe, two photoelectricity detector and signal process unit connected with the photoelectricity detector. The technique characteristic in this invention is to adopt cantalever gravity structure and serial reflection light fiber grating sensor self-demodulation technique. Due to two same parameters light fiber grating stick on the cantalever and are sealed in the frame , it is to improve the usage life first and to reduce the environment temperature impact on measurement. |
