Abstract：
 This invention three arm electric quality regulator comprises: 1) current compensator for power system, involving parallel unit arm and a shared arm to form first inverting arm and an electric filter composed by inductance set; 2) a dc current storage capacitor; 3) voltage compensator for power system; involving a series unit arm and a shared arm to form second inverting arm and an electric filter conmposed by capacitor and inductance set; 4) shared arm for supplying current return circuit for parallel arm and series arm with which forming first inverting arm and second inverting arm respectively. Use of this invention electric isolation is not needed. One arm is saved than prior art four arms regulator, so, lowering prodn. cost.
