Abstract： |
The invention is an all-digital high-frequency response micro-feeding servo unit, including actuating mechanism and control system, where the actuating mechanism includes output shaft, liner guide rail, coil fixed on the output shaft, as well as permanent magnet and outer and inner magnetic conductive soft irons, the three forming a closed loop at the coil; the control system includes linear servo controller, output shaft driving amplifier, and linear grating detecting the motion of the output shaft; the linear servo controller includes control kernel DSP, and the peripheral circuits connected with the DSP such as grating count interface circuit, D/A converter, etc. the position signals collected by the linear grating is transmitted to DSP, the DSP gives control signals, which are converted by D/A converter to analog signals and sent into the amplifier. |
