Abstract:
Disclosed circuit is composed of well known sensitive amplifying circuit, level shift circuit in high voltage, output stage of drive and closing drive, constant-source, and control circuit for output stage of drive and closing drive. Each grid and drain pole in P1 and P2 tube in level shift circuit in high voltage is connected first, then connected to drain poles of HPl, HP2 tube in sensitive amplifying circuit. HN2 in sensitive amplifying circuit is as constant-source, and its grid pole is controlled by an inverter, constant current power supply branch circuit, and a circuit connected to the said branch circuit in parallel. Advantages of the disclosed circuit are low power consumption and self-recovery.
