Abstract：
 This invention relates to a method for applying phase splitting and switching to suppress the switching inrush current of transformers which switches in a resistor at its neutral point with the value of R=(0.05-0.1)x, in which, x is its open-circuit impedance, the three phase switches are closed orderly, and the neutral point resistor is short-circuit to force it to quit from the operation after the transformer gets stabilized. This invented circuit including a transformer provides power, a first switch is for closing the three phase switches orderly, the second switch is for short-circuiting the neutral point resistor of the transformer, the neutral point resistor is connected with the neutral point of the transformer for suppressing the inrush current when switching on.
