Abstract: |
The invention relates to a static image compressing and coding control method for integrated circuit design, which belongs to digital image signal processing and very large scale integrated circuit design technology field in the information technology. The method acquires the code and the code flow information of a coding block through EBCOT the first layer of code and buffers then into the static memory; calculates the rate loss slope in each process of the current code, and guarantees the blankness degression; finds out the optimized interrupt point according to the given threshold value; intercepts it according to the scanned quantity of the intercepted points. The method has no relation to the select and realization with the concrete wavelet filter method, it can be used as the important part of the JPEG2000 static image integrated circuit compressing system, and it also can be applied to the digital camera, digital supervising, mobile phone, and video frequency telephone. |
