Abstract： |
The invention is concerned with the field emitting cathode and the flat photosource with the field emitting cathode. The field emitting cathode includes: the cathode conducting layer and the electronic emitting layer forming on the cathode conducting layer, the cathode conducting layer includes the carbon nanometer tube, the low melting point glasses and the conducting metal particulate. The flat photosource includes: the anode with the anode conducting layer and the fluorescence layer forming on the anode conducting layer, the fluorescence layer opposites with the electronic emitting layer. The invention is: the flat photosource is long using life, the electronic emitting layer is strong field emitting characteristic. |
