Abstract:
The present invention discloses a method used for improving the electrical impedance detection sensitivity in an electrical impedance detection device. On the basis of a conventional detection method, in said method, an electrical impedance sensing device with a product, as small as possible, of the total length of electrode units and the area of the single electrode unit is adopted and used for detecting electrical impedance of a biological sample, wherein said total length of electrode units equals to the product of the total length of a single electrode unit and the number of electrode unit, said total length of a single electrode unit equals to two times the length of a single electrode unit, the area of the single electrode unit equals to the product of said length of a single electrode unit and the width of a single electrode unit. Said method is also used for detecting electrical impedance of a biological sample.
