Abstract:
Carbon active material, current conducting agent, and bonding agent are mixed and disperse as even pulp. According to required size of electrode based on winding type super capacitor, the pulp is coated on surface of metal affluxion body intermittently by flow casting machine or coating die assembly so as to form pieces of positive and negative poles. Winding pieces of positive pole and negative pole with carbon active material being coated on two sides as well as barrier membrane, which is penetrable for ions and insulative for electrons prepares super capacitor after electrolyte is added to, and packaging film is encapsulated on the super capacitor. Advantages are: simple technique, high production efficiency, good consistency, high power density, free from maintenance and very long service life. The invention is suitable to industrial production in large scale.
