Abstract:
The present invention relates to an elastic fluid material microconveying method based on rotary shaft/pipe type and its equipment. Said invention utilizes the Visenbao effect of elastic fluid to provide power, and utilizes the rotation of rotary shaft to produce the shaft-covering effect or utilizes the rotation of pipe to produce the rod-climbing effect to make the elastic fluid be flowed along the shaft, and can implement stacked formation of 3-D solid with complex structure under the control of computer by means of shaft tip fixed-point conveyance. Said method can form filament whose diameter can be in the 100 micrometers, and even to several nanometers, and its suitable material viscosity is above 0.1 pa.s.
