Abstract： |
The field emission element includes a wire of support body, and field emission layer of Nano carbon tube for covering external surface of wire of support body. The invention also relates to method for preparing field emission element. The method includes following steps: providing a wire of support body; forming a field emission layer of Nano carbon tube on external surface of wire of support body; cutting out the wire of support body with field emission layer of Nano carbon tube being formed on external surface according to prearranged length; carrying out surface treatment for the cut out wire of support body so as to form field emission elements. |
