Abstract： |
The invention relates to a field-emission two-sided display light source that comprises the first anode, the second anode which is set correspondingly with the first anode, mesh cathode which is set between the first anode and the second anode, supporting bar which is set between the first anode, the second anode and the mesh cathode and makes them possesses definite interval, side seamer which seals the first anode, the mesh cathode, the second anode and the supporting bar. Thereinto, the first anode and the second anode separately includes anode conductive layer and the fluorescent light layer which is set on the anode conductive layer. The mesh cathode includes metal conductive layer and electron emission layer which is formed on the lower surface of the metal conductive mesh and corresponding with the fluorescent light layer of the first anode and the second anode. The electron emission layer contains definite getter particle, nano material, conductive metal particle and glass. The invention also relates to a method of producing said field-emission two-sided display light source. |
