Abstract: |
The present invention relates to a field emission lamp tube. It includes a sealed transparent glass tube, anode, at least a package component and cathode set in the glass tube interior. Said glass tube has at least one opened end, the package component is mounted in the opened end of said glass tube and is formed into a sealed space in the glass tube interior. The anode includes anode conducting layer formed on the inner wall of said glass tube, fluorescent layer formed on the anode conducting layer and at least an anode electrode connected with anode conducting layer and extended from the package component. The cathode includes cathode emission body and at least one cathode electrode extended from said package component. Said cathode emission body includes conducting body and electron emission layer formed on the conducting body surface, in which the electron emission layer contains getter particles, nano material, conducting metal particles and glass. Said invention also discloses a method for producing above-mentioned field emission lamp tube. |
