This invention belongs to the joint data information transmission technology field using a variety of communications, digital broadcasting system. The characteristic of this invention lies in: setting an authentication certification billing server and an information distribution management server, and after the user's request of authentication is passed through the middle/low speed dual-way communication network channel to the authentication certification billing server, it can process retrieval in the Internet or broadcast network high-speed downlink broadcasting channel from the information of the information distribution management server, and send the information request through the said middle/low speed dual-way communication network channel, and after the information distribution management server receives the user information request from the authentication certification billing server, it prepares the information and sends the scheduling scheme to the user through the downlink public broadcasting channel, and meanwhile, the authentication certification billing server processes billing control. Without re-construct large-scale network, the invention can provide cheap, high-speed media information services. |
