The invention relates to multimedia image process and dynamic page develop techniques. Wherein, it is characterized in that it divides the dynamic electric map into detail map information, map refresh information, and traffic information; uses a map information list with map serial number, map address, map coordinate and map refresh time to store the map information; uses traffic information list to store the traffic information; divides the integral information from modified detail information to reduce the downloaded data amount when the map changes. The invention can realize real-time dynamic refresh on electric map, to reduce the data consumption when downloading dynamic map. |
