Abstract：
 This invention relates to macro block degree field self-adapting decoding method, which comprises the following steps: a, decoding multiple macro blocks into groups on codes order to compute macro block group set on the frame codes label; second coding to get set label; judging whether there is field codes macro block pairs in multiple blocks, if there is field codes macro blocks, then getting above set label frame field; if there is then jumping macro blocks; if there is codes, then processing second coding till second coding phase end.
