Abstract：
 This invention relates to a broadband radio multimedia technology characterizing in using a token containing estimation length of broadcast time period and a protection interval between the broadcast period of time and that of an access network to control the length of the broadcast period of time, applying a token containing the estimation information of the length of data period of time and a protection interval between the data period of time and that of the broadcast to control the length of the data period of time, using a same interval to divide the time period of broadcast and data in a hierarchical dynamic mode of time domain, in which, the ending time scale is set at the first integral interval point after the actual ending time, at the same time, it puts forward a working mode that a frame length is fixed yet the broadcast and data time periods are changed dynamically and the length of the data time period depends on the estimation length of the frame and the broadcast time period.
