Abstract：
 The related management and jam control for route sequence comprises: providing some initial values according to experience; based on lots of simulation experiments and optimization, building a 2D two-type classifier contained instantaneous sequence length and the difference to target length and the instantaneous length change, and a 3D two-type classifier with added fair index considered the fair reinforcing mechanism determined by rate of sending window size cwnd to last fair share value fs; for incoming new group, deciding receiving or not by different strategy. This invention can keep sequence length near small constant value, and has well compatibility convenient to implementation.
