Abstract：
 The present invention relates to a hierarchical mobile data packet communication network and its communication method, including several network nodes and several network terminals, its top layer network node is up-connected with interconnection network and down-connected with intermediate layer network node or bottom layer network node, the intermediate layer network node is up-connected with top layer network node or another higher intermediate layer network node and down-connected with bottom layer network node or lower intermediate layer network node, and the bottom layer network node is up-connected with intermediate layer network node and down-connected with mobile terminal by means of wireless channel. Every network node is equipped with a distributed address which can be globally routed, and every terminal has an unique address.
