Abstract：
 The local re-transmission method of using transmission control protocol (TCP) for unreliable transmission network can transmit confused grouped TCP data reliable in unreliable transmission line, restore grouped data without jamming loss and avoid untruthful window capacity regulation in TCP source end. The TCP local re-transmission method through simultaneous detection of the link transmission order and TCP source end emission order inserts local order number time label into TCP data group and TCP conformaltion group and judges through combination with conformation order number AN to determine if there are data group loss and re-transmission. Then, clear re-transmission ERN feedback is used to avoid malfunction in the TCP source end. The present invention can improve the TCP performance of radio network greatly.
