Abstract:
The utility model relates to a calibration system and method for annular camera array, which belongs to the technical field computer multimedia; wherein, the system comprises a calibration plate, a camera array, a plurality of collection servers, a calibration server and a plurality of net wires; the technical proposal is that all cameras are used to shoot each position pose of the calibration plate in the annular field and images of each position pose are collected; a plurality of collection servers are used to conduct respective corner detection on all collected images and homography matrix Hij of each camera is calculated; the calibration server optimizes and classifies the camera array according to the number of public position pose that can be detected between two cameras as the relationship weight; joint calibration inside groups is carried out on each group of camera arrays and the external parameters of each group are unified with the external parameters with the same camera as world coordinate origin; the calibration parameters are optimized and the maximum likelihood estimate of internal and external parameters of camera array is gained. The utility model can precisely restructure three-dimensional scenes and can be viewed from any perspective.
