Abstract： |
First, client end submits video access request to video server. With permission being received, client end submits description data packet of user service to video gateway, and video server submits description data packet of program service. Determining video frame rate for the two data packets is carried out in order to convert frame rate. Determining coding format is carried out in order to convert coding format. Determining video width and video height is carried out in order to convert video size. Comparing link bandwidth from video gateway to terminal with value of bit rate of the data packet in order to update value of bit rate of the data packet. The invented method simplifies interactive procedure among media server, video gateway, and terminals, reduces image distortion occurred in procedure of converting codes, and avoids complex parameter configuration for converting device. |
