Abstract：
 The invention includes following contents: setting up component library on one or multiple computers, logging components obtaining from Internet into the component library to constitute component library computer; setting up component directory library on one computer so as to constitute component directory library computer; packaging components picked up from component library computer by users forms component packages, which are organized and stored on component directory library computer; based on information of component packages in component directory library computer, component users access package resources in consistency. The invention realizes unified describing component resources and organizing component resources effectively so as to support retrieving component resources in high efficiency and consistent access. The invention is applicable to finance, education, E-commerce etc. to raise reusability of networked software and efficiency of developing software.
