A method for controlling the service access time interval to decrease the service arrival bursts includes such steps as sending a service request from a user to network, queuing for waiting access, setting up a next service access time by network boundary router according to access interval, allowing a service access, and updating the access interval according to the arrival interval of current request and the current access interval. |
