A method of interworking between networks of IPv6 and Ipv4 based on 4 over 6 includes using 4 over 6 expansion router with 4 over 6 transition mechanism at network boundary set IPv6 host address to be pseudo IPv6 address in consistence to 4 over 6 mapping relation for realizing route selecting function between IPv4 / v6 networks , applying 4 over 6 packet mapping translation technique on 4 over6 expansion router for realizing transparent interworking between IPv4 / v6 networks by utilizing packet mapping process to realize transparent semantic transmission function between IPv4 / v6 packets . |
