Abstract: |
The present invention discloses Ag-base catalyst for low temperature catalysis of burning volatile organic matters and its preparation process, and belongs to the field of catalyst preparing technology. The catalyst has nanometer Ag particle as active component and nanometer crystal zirconia as catalyst, with metal Ag accounting 1-25 wt% of the catalyst. The catalyst preparing process includes preparing nanometer crystal zirconia through a non-traditional process, soaking Ag precursor onto the nanometer crystal zirconia, drying in the air and roasting. The catalyst has very high catalysis activity on complete low temperature oxidation of methane, ethane, propylene, formaldehyde and ethanol and high stability, and is suitable for efficient catalytically oxidation to eliminate hydrocarbons, aldehydes and other volatile organic matters at low cost. |
