Abstract： |
A two-stage liquid column spray system for desulfurizing the fume is composed of upper and lower stage sprayers for desulfurizing agent in the form of slurry and two slurry circulating pumps. The pH value in each reaction region can be regulated according to actual load. It features that the time for reaction between SO2 and desulfurizing agent can be effectively elongated and the SO2 is always in optimal desulfurizing environment. Its advantages are high desulfurizing efficiency up to 98% or more, wide regulation range of liquid/gas ratio and high utilization rate of desulfurizing agent. |
