Abstract: |
This invention relates to the process and device for preparing two-stage hydrated lime used in the flue gas desulphurization system, which belongs to the field of flue gas desulphurization. In the device of this invention, the bottom of the first-stage lime reaction column is connected with the raw material carbine through a Venturi sector. On the top of the raw material carbine is a quicklime inlet, and on the cone at the bottom of the raw material carbine is an air stream inlet. A water injector is fixed in the first-stage lime reaction column, whose upper outlet is connected with the inlet of the second-stage lime-slaking column. An air nozzle is fixed in the second-stage lime-slaking column, whose lower outlet is connected with the inlet of the lower discharge cyclone separator. Discharging pipes are fixed on the oblique plane on the top of the lower discharge cyclone separator, and a dual channel is fixed at the bottom of the oblique plane. One end of the dual channel is connected with an air oblique slot whose top end is connected with the bottom of the first-stage lime reaction column, and a feeding pipe that is connected with the bottom of the second-stage lime-slaking column. The other end of the dual channel is connected with a winch that conveys the products. The process of this invention is easy to operate and the design of the device is rational. |
