Abstract: |
The present invention belongs to the field of environment protection technology. The compound oxide adsorbent has zirconium oxide base and modifying Ag in 0-10 wt% and Mn in 5-50 wt%. The adsorbed and saturated adsorbent is heated at 250-600 deg.c inside inert atmosphere or reducing atmosphere to release adsorbed nitrogen oxide or converted the adsorbed nitrogen oxide into nitrogen before being re-used. The adsorbent of the present invention is suitable for adsorption of nitrogen oxide at 10-200 deg.c and has very high nitrogen oxide adsorbing amount. The adsorbent of the present invention has higher nitrogen oxide adsorbing activity in the case of existing water vapor; contains no noble metal and thus has low cost. The present invention may be used in processing tail gas of diesel engine and gasoline engine. |
