Abstract：
 The present invention belongs to the field of environment tackling technology and is hydrogen peroxide catalytic decomposing method of phenol compound. Vanadate or heteropoly vanadate as catalyst, hydrogen peroxide as oxidant and phenol compound are added into water-acetonitrile solution and made to produce catalytic decomposing reaction in heating and stirring condition to reach a phenol compound decomposing rate over 97 %. The present invention makes it possible for normally hard to degrade phenol compound to be catalytically decomposed in neutral water-acetonitrile solution effectively and quickly into CO2, corresponding inorganic anion and nitro methane or acetic acid.
