Abstract:
The invention discloses a stripping method and device of coal-fired discharge inhalable particles in the smoke purifying and dedusting technique domain, which is characterized by the following: setting the pantographic nozzle in the entrance end of fluid-bed reactor bottom to accelerate the flue gas; connecting the bottom of pantographic nozzle with flue gas inlet pipe; setting lime powder entrance and iron fly ash entrance on the fluid-bed reactor from downward to upward sequently; connecting the flue gas outlet on the fluid-bed reactor with the bag-typed duster through the connection pipe; setting active carbon entrance on the connection pipe; connecting the draught fan with the gas purifying outlet on the bag-typed duster; placing the air chute under the bag-typed duster to circulate the material in the fluid-bed reactor. The invention can strip the inhalable particles and multiple pioneer bodies of twice pollution.
