 A plasma discharge catalytic air cleaning device has a plasma discharge catalytic region, where the ions and ultraviolet ray generated by plasma discharge can stimulate the semiconductor catalyst chosen from TiO2, ZnO, ZnS, Fe2O3, CdS, CdSe, WO3 and their mixture for generating the hydroxy free radicals to degradate harmful gas, sterilize and disinfect.
