Abstract：
 This invention relates to low temperature breaking equipment special for printed board, which belongs to mechanic equipment technique field and comprises feeding hopper set on the breaking cavity body that set on the aggregate cavity, all of them are connected; control box, dust collection chamber and motor box are arranged and combined into an integrity; connect motor to rotation shaft of breaking cavity body, connect motor to control circuit in control box; the inside of breaking cavity body comprises mainly screen, tooth bar and flywheel; array interphase the screen and tooth bar ring form of feeding line and fix them with upper and low steel loop to supporting rack to suit to the round of flywheel; besides, there is a inlet for liquid nitrogen linked on the bottom of feeding hopper and connected to breaking cavity body. This equipment is suitable for low temperature condition, and has advantage of high breaking efficiency, long life of wearing parts and no pollution to environment.
