Abstract：
 A preparation desulfurizer powder method using rapid hydration reaction and its devices relates to the desulfurizer preparation in technology of gas sulfur removal. The invention is characterized by: hydrated reacting block-shaped calcarea lime materials in larger size, coal ash particles and water in accordance with a certain proportion, using local high temperature reaction heat when block-shaped calcarea lime hydrate and the volume expansion action of lime hydration to break the block-shaped calcarea lime into super-fine calcium hydrate particles, while using the physics and chemical adsorption of coal ash particle surface to stick super-fine calcium hydrate particles and prepare the solid-state desulfurizer powder. The preparation method can not only significantly reduce the desulfurizer particle size, increase calcium utilization rate of desulfurizer particle, reach higher desulfurization efficiency under the condition of lower rate of calcium to sulfur, but also can achieve high efficiency, low cost and fast online preparation of desulfurizer powders because of the short preparation time and low preparation temperature.
