Abstract： |
The present invention relates to amorphous metal material technology, and is especially one kind of lumpy amorphous Pd-Ni-Si-P alloy and its preparation process. The lumpy amorphous Pd-Cu-Si alloy has the chemical composition of Pd 40.5 at.%, Ni 40.5 at.%, Si 1-14 at.%, and P 5-18 at.%. Its preparation process includes glass coated purifying, air cooling, water quenching and metal mold forming. The lumpy amorphous Pd-Ni-Si-P alloy has certain plastic deformation capacity and high yield strength, and possesses excellent application foreground in different fields. |
