Abstract:
The formula of nucleated glass ceramics with low dielectric constant and dielectric loss comprises four components of ZnO 10-40 wt%, B2O3 2-30 wt%, SiO2 10-80 wt% and Li2O 0.5-10 wt%. Said invented nucleated glass ceramics product possesses low dielectric constant (epsilon is less than 5, 1MHz) and low dielectric loss (tan delta is less than 0.001, 1MHz).
