Abstract：
 In the present invention, a gas-solid distributing board is set inside the fluidized bed riser tube to form two-section fluidized bed to reactor and the reactor includes the upper section chloridizing reactor and the lower section oxidizing reactor. By means of the process and equipment, the reactor has two dense phase areas in the axial height and this creates condition for the process needing temperature distribution or density distribution. In addition, limiting the axial backmixing of gas can raise the gas converting rate. The present invention has the advantages of short process flow, high conversion, high selectivity, low power consumption, easy control, etc.
