Abstract: |
A nickel oxide nanowires (50-300 nm in diameter) is prepared from hexahydrated nickel nitrate, hydrated hydrazidine, absolute alcohol and distilled water through dissolving hexahydrated nickel nitrate in distilled water, stirring while adding absolute alcohol, stirring while dropping hydrated hydradizine to obtain Ni sol, immersing the porous alumina film in it, pressurizing by 1.25-1.3 MPa for 3-5 hr, baking under infrared lamp, and calcining at 500-700 deg.C for 3-5 hr in inertial atmosphere. |
