Abstract：
 The present invention relates to liquid crystal compound, and is especially is 1,3-dioxane as anisotropic liquid compound with negative delta dielectric constant and its making process. The present invention aims at provides tetranuclear 1,3-dioxane liquid compound with less optical isotropism, wide liquid crystal phase temperature range and negative delta dielectric constant. The liquid compound is prepared with 4-alkoxy-2, 3-difluoro benzaldehyde or 4-alkyl-2, 3-difluoro benzaldehyde and 2-[4-(4-alkylcyclohexyl)phenyl]-1, 3-propylene glycol and through condensation. The compound of the present invention has negative delta dielectric constant, small optical isotropism, wide liquid crystal phase temperature range, and other features and thus wide application foreground.
