Abstract： |
A process for preparing the film on magnetic head, which can prevent the decomposition of magnetic disk lubricant includes such steps as preparing X-IP solution (100-300 ppm), immersing magnetic head in the solution for 5-10 min, and putting magnetic head in thermostat at 100-120 deg.C for 30-60 min to form X-IP film on the magnetic head. Said film can decrease the catalyst deamposition of magnetic disk lubricant, automatically repair the lubricaitng membrane on magnetic disk, and reduce the abrasion of magnetic head and magnetic disk medium, resulting in high storage stability and long service life of hard disk. |
