Abstract: |
A process for recovering acetic acid from the solution containing dilute acetic acid includes such steps as mixing 20-80% of tributyl phosphate with 80-20% of kerosene (V/V) to obtain organic solvent as extractant, utilizing the integrated technology composed of extracting, vacuum distilling, regenerating solvent, and oil washing to recover dilute acetic acid. A solvent regenerator is used to remove the impurities from solvent. An oil washing tower is used to recover extractant from waste water. Its advantages include high recovery rate up to 92%, low energy consumption, little solvent loss and high running stability. |
